Such changes made within 30 days before the competition will be subject to this charge.

Please be advised that expenses incurred by early/late chechout, additional bookings for the stay before or after the competion; the minibar and restaurants are excluded from the participation fee and must be settled individually. Get in touch with the hotel directly.

Drivers not engaged in competition or conference activities need to secure additional accommodations by directly contacting the hotels.

Should you arrive with your own shuttle bus or car, please engage with the hotel administration to explore the most suitable parking options and associated fees, to be settled individually upon departure.

Unfortunately, transfers will not be facilitated for arrivals before November 4th or departures after November 9th. For any exceptional requirements, kindly liaise directly with the hotel administration.
