Short Experience Program
What’s included in the Participation Fee:
Accommodation in the selected hotel room category in one of the hotels provided by the AEHT RIGA team.
Transfer services commencing from the designated point of arrival on the 4th of November and concluding with transfers to specified departure points (airport, Riga coach station, or train station) on the 9th of November 2024.
Comprehensive transfer arrangements to and from various conference event locations, encompassing the hotel, school, and cultural program venues.
Catering services featuring a dinner at the hotel on November 4th, breakfast at the hotel from November 5th to November 9th, and lunches from November 5th to November 8th. Additionally, dinner on November 8th will be hosted at the ATTA CENTER.
Provision of essential items during the competition period, in accordance with the regulations of the respective nomination categories.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 0-15 Days Prior to Event:
Participants who cancel their registration within 0-15 days prior to the event will not be eligible for any refund. However, they may transfer their registration to another individual upon approval from the event organizers. An administrative charge of 100 EUR will be applied for processing for each participant.
Cancellation 16-30 Days Prior to Event:
Participants who cancel their registration within 16-30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 25% refund of their registration fee. Alternatively, they may transfer their registration to another individual upon approval from the event organizers. An administrative charge of 100 EUR will be applied for processing for each participant.
Cancellation 31-45 Days Prior to Event:
Participants who cancel their registration within 31-45 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of their registration fee. Alternatively, they may transfer their registration to another individual upon approval from the event organizers. An administrative charge of 100 EUR will be applied for processing for each participant.
Cancellation 46-60 Days Prior to Event:
Participants who cancel their registration within 46-60 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 75% refund of their registration fee. Alternatively, they may transfer their registration to another individual upon approval from the event organizers. An administrative charge of 100 EUR will be applied for processing for each participant.
Other Information
Payment Currency:
All registration fees are to be paid in the currency specified by the event organizers – EUR. Participants must ensure that payment is made in the specified currency to avoid any discrepancies or additional charges.
Payment Deadlines:
It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that payment is made by the respective deadline for the chosen period to secure their registration at the applicable rate. If payment is not received by the end of the specified period, participant may loose the registration slot, or will be subjected to an additional charge at the higher rate if the next period has commenced.
Refunds:
Refund policies are outlined in the event’s cancellation policy. Participants who cancel their registration within the eligible period according to the cancellation policy will receive a refund, minus any applicable administrative charges.
Payment Policy
Early Bird
Registration 20.04. -30.06.
Registration fees must be paid in full by June 30th.
Regular
Registration 01.07. – 31.08.
Registration fees must be paid in full – September 15th.
Late bird
Registration 01.09. – 20.10.
Registration fees must be paid in full by October 31st.
